Cleartrip — lack of response to my complaint trip id[protected] | |
I had booked the subject trip (Trip id[protected] with you and had subsequently cancelled the bangalore mumbai leg of the trip for which i had received the refund. I had however not cancelled the mumbai - jamnagar leg of the trip. Upon trying to check in at mumbai on 25th january 2019 at mumbai for the jamnagar flight i was told that the entire trip had been cancelled by"clear trip"and the flight was full. I had to plead with the air india manager to accommodate me with one seat as it was necessary for me to reach jamnagar on that day. Finally, i was able to get one ticket for which i had to pay a much higher amount. I sent a complaint to you along with attachments claiming a refund of rs 5830 which i had to pay air india to get a new ticket I have neither received a refund nor a status update for the above complaint sent to you on 7th february.in case it is not your intention to compensate me for my losses please let me know so that i can take further necessary action Please reply immediately and advise Was this information helpful? | |
