Cleartrip — money deducted but ticket not booked in cleartrip | |||
I had booked a ticket from kolkata to bangalore (Ccu-blr: 28/07/17, blr-ccu: 31/07/17). The transaction through net banking was going peacefully till my money (Rs. 15065) was deducted. After the deduction, some blank screen appeared saying "verification failed". This is really annoying. After that, i checked my mail and cleartrip account. I could not find a single detail. I did not get any trip id. After that i tried calling your customer care where they kept asking for trip id. What kind of service you are providing!!! A person in trouble cannot talk to the customer care executive if he is not having the trip id. Please note, no trip id was generated. Please give my money back as early as possible. This is not at all correct. I am giving more details: Bank: sbi (Net banking mode used) Transaction id: igabsgryu5 Name: debayan das Ph: [protected] Date and time of deduction: 26th july, 11.49 am Amount: rs. 15065 Please make it fast. Yesterday mid night I booked ticket from Hyd to Abu Dhabi and amount got detected from my Citi credit card however I'm yet to receive any message on my booking confirmation.
