Cleartrip — Money deducted from account without booking

Dear sir i am your customer i have done my booking on cleartrip on[protected]. The amound have been deducted but not booked the ticket. I have searched my accound in clear trip and have searched in my mail but i have not any information regarding the booking. Please refund me my money as soon as possible as the booking has not been done. Please refund me soon.

Dear sir, I am your customer and i have booked my train on 14 july 2017 .for the train ghy-sc hsp 07150.on for 17 jully, 2017.the train has not booked .I have searched all my emails and accound. i have not got any detail about ticket booking, but my money has been deducted.please kindly refund my money back.Please and for this act of your kindness i shall ever remain grateful to you.
