Cleartrip — money got deducted from bank but did not get booking confirmation or booking id | |||||
Please help! Today morning, I was trying to book return flight from Mumbai to Goa for 10th Aug - 13th Aug. Flight details: Mumbai-Goa Air India AI-83 05.05 am to 06.20 am[protected] Goa-Mumbai Spice Jet 13.30 pm to 14.55 pm[protected] The money (Rs. 3894) got debited from my bank account but i did not get any booking confirmation or any booking id from ClearTrip...the webpage got hanged there. Since then I am trying to call their toll free number but its asking to put the booking id which I don't have. Please help to get my booking done or to get my money back.
