Cleartrip — Money Not Refunded and got cheated by the APP | |||
1- Used the Clear trip mobile APP to stay at the hotel. Money got charged from my account and 10 days later money has not been refunded into account. I was told money would come into my account in 4 working days. 2- Booked the room through the APP, stayed at the hotel and at the day of checking out there has not been any email sent to the hotel, but money has been deducted from my bank account. 3- Stayed on the phone with customer service and other staff in a total of 4 hours to resolve this matter, and all I got was "I AM SORRY", "I am Sorry", "I am Sorry" -- this is not call customer service, I have lived in the USA for 15 years, learned and seen what real customer service is all about. When they say I am sorry, they take action and keep us updated on the progress, here I am having to follow up on the money that was taken, and having to pay full price at the hotel. 4- Staff said bank would refund as Cleartrip has not got paid, but not there is no refund and I am having to waste time trying to get my money back. 5- People should be careful using ClearTrip APP as I have been a victim.
