Cleartrip — no communication wrt failed payment
I attempted to purchase a ticket from maa to hyb for 13th may and did purchase for inr 2, 433.00 using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx7228 on 03-may-19. Info: min*cleartrip t.
Money got debited from my icici account but did not receive ticket as a dialogue box mentioned-'failed transaction'.
There is no communication from clear trip regarding this. There is no proper customer care helpline where failed transaction can be reported. Without transaction id, you cannot do any complaint in this company. When the complaint is that "ticket not received", how can we share the trip id that is non-existent?
Though i tried to contact them using the customer care no. Using another trip id of other ticket [protected], i could not speak to any customer care executive in spite of calling 5 times and spending an hour waiting and listening to their music.
Please help me process the complaint. I am scared seeing the number of similar complaints and the record of 4% complaint redressal rate!!!
