Cleartrip — cleartrip train ticket payment failed but amount debited | |||
Dear concern, i made a booking for bikaner to howrah on 16th july 2017 at 4:37 pm from cleartip. Agent provided me payment link and i made the payment by my visa debit card for the amonut inr rs 4726/-. However amount was deducted but booking was not made. No confirmation ticket & no mail, i think amount would be refunded. But i checked with bank on 17th july 2017 and been told that cleartip has claimed the amount. This is really frusrating that inspite of taking lot of follwup with cleartip. No amount is refunded. Please help in this case as earliest as possible. I have bought a ticket from clear trip(Trip Id: [protected]). it's a connection flight AUH-MCT-TRV. Bu I couldn't travel cause of It's not possible to wait more than 6 hours in Muscat. Cleartrip did not mention any instructions or warning when i bought ticket. I already registered complaint. But they didn't response yet.
