Cleartrip — Not initiating the refund | |
Dear Team, Greetings! This is in regard to the cleartrip booking ID:[protected]. I had made this booking in the month of Feb 2020 for travel in the month of March 2020. My flight was cancelled by the airline (Vistara) in the second week of March 2020 due to the pandemic. I have a letter from the airline stating that they have initiated full refund on my PNR to cleartrip in the month of April itself. The letter is attached for your reference. However, Cleartrip has not initiated my refund till date. Also, they have not been replying to my emails. There is no other means of communication. I request you to kindly intervene and help me resolve this pending issue at the earliest. Your help in this matter would highly be appreciated. Thanking you in anticipation.
