[Resolved] Cleartrip — not received refund amount from cleartrip

I booked a flight on 5-3-2019 through cleartrip. Trip id was[protected]. Unfortunately the cleartrip has been sent to me an email that my flight is cancel by airlines.in that case they had mentioned my full refund will process within 45 working days. I waited since that time but not received any single penny in my account. I contact many times to the customer care at cleartrip but no solve. I understand the amount is process already by airlines but what is the problem not to send money? Finally hope i will get better solution from you.
