Cleartrip — not refunding my payment

I booked a ticket on 2nd august 2019 rs 105, 554.in the name of baljinder singh and sakshi and on same call immediately i cancelled the booking. On same call customer care ask me that your full payment refunded in 2-3 days. But till today no payment received sorry for english iam calling daily to customer care but they didn't give me any proper answer also i mail my bank statement to clear trip ([protected]@cleartrip.com).
