Cleartrip — Not responding to emails and complaint status not intimated through phone call | |||||
Trip Id: [protected]. The issue starts with my name details on the ticket. The cleartrip mobile app, while booking the ticket, has a field to mention first name, middle name and last name, however next to middle name, they have mentioned an additional text that it is optional, so I did not enter it but the same is there on my passport so I had requested for a name change. So they asked me to email my passport copy and since then it has been more than a month and I have received no replies from them on my email chain, despite sending them multiple emails to inform me about the status. I give them a call on 25th March, 2017 and they say its under process. Then I call them on 28th March, again same reply (call attended by Mr. Rohan Tambe). And finally when I call them on 1st April, 2017 they say that they had received a reply from Air India on 25th March, 2107 that name cannot be changed!. What is this, dont they have a reponsibility to give us call and inform us on time and in the first place, why cant the name be changed. Not replying to emails is another big issue, makes us feel like we are talking to walls! Clearly terrible service and lack of coordination. Was this information helpful? | |||||
