Cleartrip — payment deducted from credit card for air ticket but neither received the ticket nor the trip id.

I tried to book air ticket on 20th jul-2019 for my son vikram malani through cleartrip by indigo flight of 29th oct-2019 (Journey date).] from chennai to indore. On completing the booking process i made the payment rs4597/- through my hdfc bank credit card but immediately after the payment i got the server error on screen and neither got the booking confirmation nor the trip id by cleartrip. After sometime, on the same day i. E 20th jul-19 i attempted again to book the ticket for the same journey as said above and again upon making the payment rs4597/- i got the server error on screen and neither the booking confirmation nor thre trip id given by cleartrip. I have the confirmation from hdfc bank that a total amount of rs 9194/- (4597 x 2 = 9194/-) has been paid for cleartrip booking. Then i tried to call cleartrip customer care number but was shocked to find that they first ask to provide the trip id number. As i have not received any trip id from cleartrip on both above occasions, so iam not able to communicate with them, it is ridiculous. I want my amount rs 9194/- to be immediately refunded to me. Secondly, at customer care number of cleartrip there must be an option for the people who have not received trip id to reach their customer care executive.. Shanker r malani
