[Resolved] Cleartrip — payments deducted but flight not get booked

I have tried to book flight ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on 19-07-19 for 2 pessenger. Amount of rs. 5956 has been debited but the ticket hasn't booked. I din't receive any email or message neither regarding the ticket details nor the refund. As the ticket hasn't booked, there is no trip id but when i call customer care the very first question is enter your trip id. So i couldn't talk to the customer care. I dint receive any reply for the complaint sent through email also. Such a poor customer service. Would like to know the status and refund asap.

Payment message was - Payment of Rs. 5956.0 using Ola Money Postpaid for your transaction (ID: ehmy-gw8m-1jkr) on Cleartrip is successful.

Please refund or provide me tickets ASAP.

Complaint marked as Resolved

I didnt get thee resolution, not get refund nor tickets. Cleartrip mark its resolved without given resolution. Please do the need ful and reopen the case

Updated by Shobha Kant Singh My mistake was to not read ClearTrip’s reviews before booking my trip. Their are lots of people who faced same issues,

The main thing i am unable to get a single response from clear trip. How to contact clear trip helpdesk even trip id not given.

Please help us...
