Cleartrip — please return my money | |||
Dear sir, my Trip ID :[protected] I tried to book the tickets on 19th July but due of technical issues my card is not working that time. Immediately cleartrip customer care person call me and send payment link to my email I'd. I tried two time but booking is not happened. And once again I received call from your Person . She given time upto next day morning. That is 20th I tried morning on the day. But not processed booking same time your person call me also. At the time also not happened. I stopped the trying booking. Then I tried in other company website my ticket is done by other company tickets Booking app. Now tickets is confirmed and my amount also gone to your cleartrip account. How is possible to cut my money two days I tried not happened. That every matter you customer care person knows everything. I need my money back.
