Cleartrip — reaching out for refund status and amount | |
I have to complain that I booked a flight for 1 April 2020, when suddenly the Airlines cancelled all the flights and informed to process a full refund. However, from ClearTrip, there is no such response confirming the same. It says the refund will take up to 60 days due to COVID-19 crisis. Yes, I understand the situation, but there should be a way to follow up with customer care regarding the status of the refund to have a sense of security.
