Cleartrip — received zero refund after cancellation of air-ticket | |
I have personally cancelled the flight directly from the reservation counter at Delhi airport and they gave the acknowledgment of the cancellation and assured me that the amount will be refunded as it was a refundable ticket, When i sent an email to cleartrip they send an email saying that "0" refund has been processed which is ridiculous.
