[Resolved] Cleartrip — ref. no. [protected] (not refund my money) | |
I tried booking train from delhi-jammu tawi one-way with cleartrip on 23.09.2017. That time money was taken from my account, but cleartrip was not able to book the train. A message came up saying that they will refund the money in 3-4 days. So far i have not received my refund. I called the customer service 5 times. They are saying that they already refunded the amount in my account but i couldn't get the amount. After asking for proof of the payment from them they sent me a mail (We apologize for the delay in processing your refund. We would like to inform you that we have processed your refund for the following booking: Trip id: [protected] Arn #: 7* Refund date: sep 23 Refund amount: rs. 2, 116 The amount has been credited to the same account/card, which was used for making the booking. We request you to check the refund details with your bank by calling their customer care department and providing them with the above arn (Acquirer reference number) to trace the same) I couldnt understant why should i need to give any ref. No,. To my bank to credit the amount. Please note that i did not cancel the booking. Cleartrip was not able to book the train after they deducted money from my account. They should refund my money. Why are they not refunding. I think i must take an legal action to close this fraud company. Please hlep me Was this information helpful? | |
