[Resolved]  Cleartrip — refund amount is not credited by cleartrip even after cancellation of booked hotel amount

My name is Nagaraju Avuluri, My Trip ID - [protected] . I have booked a hotel in OYO 331 Hotel Skanda Shelters, Bangalore, Karnataka, India on 28th March 2018 and cancelled the booking on 4th April 2018.
the Cancellation confirmation on hotel booking was received from OYO with subject Booking Cancelled - OYO 331 Hotel Skanda Shelters, Booking No. KFPW7835 on 4th April 2018.

The refunded amount was not credited till date. Several time i have called the cleartrip team. but did not get satisfactory answers.

I have contacted OYO rooms team. They have informed me via mail that
" the full amount already reversed to Cleartrip team a long back like that"
The mail received from OYO team enclosed.

Now the cleartrip was blaming OYO team that they have not refunded the amount like that.
