Cleartrip — refund amount is not credited to my account. - cleartrip cheaters | |||
I booked a ticket through clear trip for a travel in june 4 using my indian bank debit card. I cancelled the ticket at the same time because it was not needed. When i cancelled the ticket clear trip said like they will refund the amount with 7 days. After 15 days i asked them because the amount was not credited to my account, cleartrip said they already refunded the amount, they send me the acquirer reference number (Arn) to check with my bank. I called my bank they said that i've to go to my branch to check the details, i went to my bank, bank people said they cannot help with that acquirer reference number (Arn), acquirer reference number (Arn) means nothing to them, bank said that they can only help when account is taken from my account not when someone put money in my account. So i again called cleartrip, clear trip said that they already send the money to my bank account. Then cleartrip asked my bank statement to confirm that amount is not credit into my account, so i send the bank statement to cleartrip. After one week i called cleartrip for the status, cleartrip is again giving me the arn to do the same process again. How many times i have to do the process to get my amount. Cleartrip should take the responsibility to send the money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
