Cleartrip — Refund amount not credited in my account

I have tried to make a air ticket on line from ranchi to banagalore on 29th april 2017. The amount deducted from my account but ticket was not generated.The trip id is [protected] and till date not refund is credited to my account. Please have a look on the matter and resolve the process of refund quickly..
