Cleartrip — refund my ticket amount

I sourabh s shingvi email firstname.lastname@example.org booked ticket for burj khalifa dated-19 dec on 6th dec but i didn't get any confirmation about that but my money was debited-rs 21287. Than i did a call to customer care they told that the amount will be credited in 3 days but the amount is not credited. They accepted that the amount was debited. Now i'm trying to call customer care but they are asking for a trip id. So please let me know to whom should i contact for the refund of my amount.
