Cleartrip — refund not processed for failed transaction

I have tried to book a tatkal train ticket on march 23rd 2019. Due to irctc login issue, ticket was not booked. However clear trip has charged the ticket amount rs.702 before transferring to irctc login page. As ticket was not booked, clear trip should have refunded the money with in 14 days. But not refunded so far. As ticket is not booked, i don't have any trip number to contact clear trip customer care. Hence requesting refund for the amount i have paid.

Cleartrip has deducted my payment twice for same booking

Amount 455 has been deducted twice, kindly refund the amount.
