Cleartrip — Refund NOT processed for Trip ID [protected] & [protected]

Please refer below the following Trip IDs.

Bangalore - Goa one-way flight -- Trip ID [protected]
Bangalore - Goa one-way flight -- Trip ID [protected]

Air Pegasus airline flight was scheduled for 23-Dec-2016 from Bangalore to Goa.

On 30-Sep-2016, Air Pegasus cancelled it's flight for the above trip.

Same day I have called cleartrip customer service and cancelled both the trip IDs.

Till now I have not received my refund.

By now two and half months completed and I have called several times the cleartrip customer service but the reply is "you will get your refund for sure"...but when? How long I should wait?

Please consider this issue on high priority and make all the necessary arrangements to process the refund at the earliest.
