Cleartrip — refund not received on a cancelled flight | |||||
I booked the flight for 8th and 11th and paid online. On 8th one hour before the flight the flight was cancelled and on the same day i asked the return also to be cancelled and the refund to be made in the airport itself. Also i spoke to an adviser of airasia asking to cancel the return ticket and refund the money. After 10 of waiting and keep calling the support team of airasia i got to know that they have refunded the amount to cleartrip but they have still not done the refund hence i tried contacting cleartrip but i can never get through to sombdy to talk so i sent mails to the support team with all these information they keep sending me this below email Dear customer, We are moving to chat to provide a faster resolution to your queries, and hence will not be responding to this email. Please click the link below to locate the chat option under 'support’ / ‘need help'section in your account. Chat with us But this doesn't work it says the system is acting up once i put the otp which i get from them. Its been 20 days please do help me get my money back Was this information helpful? | |||||
