Cleartrip — refund not received since last 110 days | |||
We cancelled one round trip (Trip id:[protected] from clear trip and they confirmed full refund for this trip. The reason for cancellation was that air lines changed the flight schedule timings and we were entitled for full refund. Clear trip had arranged joint tele conversation with air lines (Aeroflot) and air lines confirmed on phone full refund in this case i. E. Rs.47, 401/-. After that we received several mail from cleartrip for making refund, but in every mail they change dates for refund. Here is sequence of communication from the clear trip with respective copies at attachment. It is close to 4 months now that cleartrip confirmed full refund and now they are changing their stands again. We got fed-up making vigorous follow-up on customer care number of cleartrip with no results. Sequence of mail:- 1. June 18th confirmation mail received from cleartrip to process full flight refund mentioning all routes covered in the ticket within 7 – 8 days. 2. July 18 at 9:30 pm confirmation mail from cleartrip that refund will the processed no later than 1 day. 3. July 18 at 12:46 pm, confirmation mail from cleartrip that refund will be processed within 8 days. 4. Mail received on 6th sept. From cleartrip asking us to send passport copy and request letter, which we provided immediately (Copy attached) I request clear trip to arrange our full refund of rs.47, 401/- at the earliest possible as it already huge delay of around 110 days.
