[Resolved] Cleartrip — refund of cancelled ticket not received | |
Pnr l82o2f Trip id:[protected] I had booked the above mentioned ticket on 27/01/2020 for Dubai - mumbai travel date 26/03/2020 Mumbai - dubai travel date 12/04/2020 Through cleartrip and airline was vistara. Now due to the prevailing circumstances the ticket was cancelled and refunded by vistara to cleartrip. I have received confirmation from vistara which is attached along with this complaint. Cleartrip customer service is number and email is not working and i am not able to initiate a refund request on their website also. So kindly refund the amount asap. Was this information helpful? | |
