Cleartrip — Regarding hotel stay at ooty (trip id [protected]) | |
Dear sir/madam my and my family are planning for vacation in ooty from 25th dec. To 28 th dec. So i was searching for suitable accommodation for us. Same was found at clear trip and i booked the hotel (trip id [protected]). As i am with family having small baby and children i was choose specific hotel. While i was booking hotel i need some amenities as 1) hotel restaurant. 2) hot running water for maximum hrs. 3) room heaters on demand. Accordingly i searched for hotels and i found hotel on clear trip site mentioning details as 1) restaurant 2) constant hot/cold running water in bathroom 3) internet / wifi access. Etc. But when i was arrived at hotel, it was horrible and surprising experience for me. The basic needs which i required and are mentioned in the hotel details are not available at all. 1) hotel's restaurant is not at all 2) hot water facility is only in the morning. 3) room heaters are not available. 4) hotel did not provide any wifi /internet access as they dont have it that was really frustrating for me and my family. This is very poor management and lack of knowledge of clear trip administration. Please do the needful for above matter. Thanking you Was this information helpful? | |
