Cleartrip — Regarding my hotel booking in durvankur in ganpatipule | |||||
I booked hotel durvankur in ganpatipule on 25 jan 2017 from clear trip site for checkin date 27jan.my booking was also confirm and my money also deducted from my credit card and also recieved booking invoice on my mail id.but on next day i rceived call from clear trip that my booking is cancle due to non availability of room on 27 jan. As rooms not available then how can site allows booking on line . As you site is not updated timely then who will book from cleartrip site.also site told me that they will refund my money in 5 days but after 5 days still they didnt refund my money.and practicaly when i visited on 27 jan in ganpatipule there is no any rush on that day many rooms are easily available at any hotel.i dont understand that how hotel durvankur owner told that no room available on that day.i easily got accomodation in onother hotel with cheaper rate.
