Cleartrip — Regarding Refund for Cancelled Flights

Hi Team,

The flight (OP 121--Air pegasus) I booked through cleartrip for 13th August was cancelled by the airlines.
So I had requested cleartrip & air pegasus to cancel the ticket.
The support executive from cleartrip informed me that I will get refund money within 7 working days on August 18th 2016.
When i checked with air pegasus, they sent reply as below:-

This mail is an authorization to Cleartrip to process the refund.

When I requested the refund money with clear trip since I had paid the money to CLEAR TRIPonly, they stated as below:-

We understand your concern and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Please note that Air Pegasus have shut down their operations and we haven't received any refund from the airline. Hence, refund will be processed to you, only once we receive the credit from the airline.
