I paid the amount while booking for round trip from bom to dxb,
But got the error page while submitting the payment. Payment got deducted from credit card but flight was not booked.
I tried one more time and it again deducted the amount but booking was fail.
I got the message

but booking fails and the amount is cut my account and no refund yet. every day he saying 4 to5 day credit but we are still waiting what can I do.
