[Resolved]  Cleartrip — the transaction is unsuccessful when booking flight tickets, but was deducted from my a/c and not refunded since 19 dec 2019

Dear team,

We've tried to book flight tickets using ceartrip and the cleartrip id is[protected] on 19th dec 2019, the transaction was unsuccessful but the amount 21, 568rs/-.

We've noticed only one customer number as (+91) [protected]. We're continuously making several calls since dec 19th to the specified customer call center number, but always it's saying as if the booking is unsuccessful the money would be refunded within 5 to 7 days.

Till now, there is no status tracking on this to the customer (Us).
Kindly take necessary action on this.
