Cleartrip — ticket booking failed but money deduct from my account..

Hello, my name is sk latifuddin,
I am from kolkata. I recently book a ticket. When making my payment through net banking it shows my booking failed and technica error. But money already deducted from my bank account.. Clear trip id is
[protected] dated on 08.01.2020. Amount is 32100. Please find out the solution for this issue. And also give contact number of the office of cleartrip office.

I talk to cleartrip executive. They told me that they did not receive money.. then i called to my bank customer care executive. They told me that if cleartrip did not receive money tell them to send an email to bank.

The flight was cancelled for 12th April 2019 and since then even after multiple follow ups there is no refund processed.

I even have mails from cleartrip that they will close the refund by 8th aug, hwever, no action and we are still chassing them with no output.
