Cleartrip — ticket cancelled automatically | |||
I had return ticket from DXB to Bahrain from 1st October, 2019 to 3rd October, 2019 (Cathay Pacific) . As per flight Schedule from DXB to Bahrain I was at airport before 2 hour (Around 5:30 AM) from departure. I was in queue and I got an email that "Your ticket has been cancelled". But I had't cancelled the ticket. I am shocked. I had called cleartrip, They said you had cancelled from your mobile. I have called them 3 times around 5:45 AM. (Almost each call with 35-40 Mins). They were keep me waiting on the phone. I am not getting proper answer till 7:45 AM. They said "Our manager is not on the floor. He will come around 10:00 AM as per IST. I have to booked the new ticket at airport with AED 1050/- (One Way) Trip ID :[protected] i didn't understand how it was happened. It might be technical issue but Cleartrip people are not accepting this. I am desperate with cleartrip service. It was also happened before 1.5 year with me, But at that time I have much time to booked a new ticket and cleartrip had refunded my amount. But this time they are not accepting this after doing many follow ups. I don't understand, If reputed companies are doing the same, what we can say about them.
