I had booked a flight from DOH to LKO, Clear trip gave me a flight from Doha to DEL and then DEL to LKO when I was booking the ticket it mentioned no baggage information was available, I booked the ticket but Clear trip issued 2 separate PNR even thought i booked one flight. And then the baggage I got from Doha to Delhi is 40kg and 7 hand and Del to LKo is 15kgs only.
Jet Airways clearly informed me that If I book a flight from Doha to LKO with a stop over in DEL I can carry 40 kgs with 7 kg hand and will only be issued 1PNR so Clear Trip has made an error and to get a cheaper flight has booked 2 seperate flights without informing me.
When i called clear trip I spoke to the agents and I was informed that it is a domestic flights which only allows 15 kgs, I was promised a call back in 24hrs didn't receive one, I called back after 2 weeks and after arguing for 2 hours was told to pay extra for the baggage upto 25kgs. Which when called jet airways mentioned that there is not a guarantee then i can take up to 25 kgs If the flights is full.
Please advice I believe this is unjust and after receiving no revert from Clear trip Support I am trying to reach Consumer Complaint

Hi, I had made a booking with trip id [protected]. I had made a part payment and today was the last day to make the balance payment. However I was trying since last night but wasnt able to do so with my credit card. The payment gateway link wasnt going through. When I called on the customer casre, I was asked to wait for an hour and was assured of a callback which never happened. I tried again today morning and the result was the same. I called on the cust care again and twice nobody helped. The third time I was put on an IVR to make payment. I tried using 2 different cred cards however the transaction didnt happen even after entering correct details. This happened 405 times with almost an hour on the call with the executive. Finally I tried netbanking and too my surprise it went through. This means there are serious problems with cleartrip and people are incapable of helping out. I was about to lose out on the part payment made had this net banking thing not worked. I feel there's something fishy in this. Hence I recommend people not to use cleartrip ever. I would never use it myself and ensure nobody amongst my friends and contacts use it. I have many frequent flyer colleagues and I will ensure the word reaches all of them. Ibibo and other options like yatr, makemytrip are much better and hassle free. Pathetic experience. Get lost cleartrip
