Cleartrip — Ticket not booked and money not refunded

I booked a ticket on 27th April 2023 from New Del to AMD for the 11th of April 2023. The amount got deducted from my account. But the email I got says
Hi Rajni,
We are writing to let you know that the payment for the trip below was unsuccessful as we didn't get a confirmation from your bank.
If your account was charged, it has been automatically refunded. Please note that it may take 8-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. Some public sector banks may take longer than this to credit the refund.

I tried going to the link to see my refund status but it says trip Id not valid.
ClearTrip is simple stealing our money.
