Cleartrip — Ticket shows confirmed but actually it is not confirmed. | |||||
Cleartrip i have booked roundtrip flight ticket through cleartrip for my dad. Trip id is [protected]. Ticket states that booking is confirmed and payment made was rs.5809/-. When my dad arrived at airport, he came to know that booking has not been done and he was forced to take a new ticket right away at higher cost. Though ticket shows booking is confirmed, ticket was not confirmed. When i talked to customer care they said sorry sir we will make you 100% refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
