Cleartrip — to refund/return my amount of rs.4295/-

Sir,
On dated 06/01/19 I had booked an air ticket into Air India flight from Jammu to Srinagar for dated 08/01/19 with the amount of Rs.4295/- which was deducted from my SBI visa card, but I didn't get ticket for above mentioned journey.
Therefore I request you to kindly return my total amount of Rs.4295/- to my SBI account.
