My name is binoy k j, my cleartrip mail id is ([protected]@gmail.com). This is to inform you that on 8/04/19 i had tried to book a train ticket from kolkata to chennai...after puting all details, while on process money got deducted from my UBI bank but booking got failed.There showed session got expired
No trip id generated.
Transaction failed while ticket generated.
With out tripid can not able to contact customer care no other info...its been 5 days didnt returned... Kindly pls do the needful... Im in great suffer...pls rply to my request...

My trip got canceled. I cancel my ticket also...but refunds not got aft 3days also...trip I'd[protected]
Sir, I am ajith m ravi, on 5/4/2019 i booked a room in hotal aiswarya, but booking not completed. Trip id not created and transaction completed, money Withdrawed from my account 1, 887.00

Kindly please refund my money
