I have booked Kadkani River Resort, Coorg for 28th check-in on 24th December, due to some emergency I have cancelled my trip on 26th December. They have not refunded my 13174 RS amount and saying to me that I am not falling under seven days rule policy. I am very disappointed with robotic customer care.
