Cleartrip — tried to book tickets, but account debited

I have tried to book tickets two times from cochin to mumbai for my daughter parvathy r nair on 19.07.2019, but not received it. My account is debited twice for rs. 3316/- each (Total 6632).
Pl send back me the money.
