Hi sir,

I booked a ticket from chennai to shanghai using clear trip & the airlines was malaysian airlines. Due to some reasons i had to cancel the trip which i did 7 days before the trip. Below is the statement which i got from clear trip today.

We have processed a refund of rs. 0 for your chennai - shanghai return booking (Trip id [protected]).
