Kind attention : customer service team This is jaideep choudhuri. Please note trip id[protected] for reservations done for sector silchar - mumbai on 10th october. Ticket was not processed but amount of rs. 10, 882/- was charged on my credit card Enclosed please find credit card statement for amount charged on the card but refund not credited till date. Kindly do the needful and process the refund of rs. 10, 882/- at the earliest. Awaiting your early response.
