Cleartrip — trip id - [protected]. flexi fare refund not received

Hi - I have not received the refund of Rs.2, 964/- which I paid additionally while rescheduling my ticket. Though I have spoken to your call center more than 5 times. Nothing happen so far. Bank account details etc. shared as asked for.

I have email confirmation from your customer support assuring to resolve in 24hrs.
