Cleartrip — trip id confirmation not received but payment processed | |
I made a booking on 25th feb 2019 for mumbai to delhi flight jet airways 9w 353, departing on 16th march 2019 in the name of mrs chaya urivi rao. However did not receive clear trip id or confirmation email. Booking made by andhra bank credit card. Credit card was debited. This is a very serious issue. I demand an immediate response to this and either confirmed trip or full refund. Please take prompt action. Email id is crmn. [protected]@gmail.com.
