Cleartrip — Want refund already paid the amount but couldn't be able to check in the hotel

Hello

My name is Lopita Naskar and I have booked a hotel through clear trip on 28th of May 2022 to 29 of May in Sheetal samudra, My trip ID is[protected] and got confirmation from your side. We have already paid the amount through AXIS BANK but when we reached the hotel they didn't have any rooms available for us and they didn't get any intimation from your side so we could not be able to check -in .
That's why I want to get my refund because it's not our fault, after booking and payment we were not able to check in . I am sending you the necessary documents please do the needful as soon as possible .
