Cleartrip — zero refund on cancellation of air ticket | |||||
I had booked an air ticket on 20.06.2016 from calicut to bangalore for spicejet flight dated 10.09.2016 vide trip id [protected] for a total cost of rs.8490. I cancelled the same on 09.09.2016 & i was promised a refund of rs.1512. Now spicejet says they have charged rs.6978 towards cancellation & refunded the balance of rs.1512 to cleartrip. And cleartrip says rs.1512 is their cancellation charges. And i am left with zero refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
