Cleverkare — change the time slot without any information

I would like to request you that please don't use the services of cleverkare. They change the slot without any information. I have called so many times to check the timing they said yes it is booked but when i called at the time of services they just said you don't have any booking. They just take advance from the customers and don't want to provide services. If you have any plan please don't depend on them, they will not provide you any service and just give any excuse which they are not ashamed of.
