The management has a bunch of idiots from CEO to the managers. nobody knows what the customer wants.in that they behave so rudely with customers. they dont care about refunding issues, neither they care about the services. only thing they want is to take the money from people. i was a regular customer but not looking forward to it anymore.

We have neither received any email nor any other form of enquiry regarding this. Thus we assume this as a fake review. More importantly, the same reviewer, in the name of Ms. Urmila P, had written a fake review on Google listing, and Google considered it has fake and removed it.

Dude first you make your senses clear and learn to talk to with customers . i have seen your employees and other customers feedback related to you Mr. Manju . first thing first is you keep your fakeness away for whatever you does. second thing google can remove any negative feedback if its marked inappropriate and if you mail them. Dont try to teach me regarding sending a mail, we dont have plenty of time to keep following up for the same things. instead of trying to make your image good publicly, you better try to improve and raise standards of your services.
