Hi This is Zinobia from mumbai .I have too received a call from Vikas from Sales & Deepika Sharma from Dispatch..I had selected to buy Nokia Lumia 540, they gave the coupon code 45204. After which my deal comes to pay 1313/- as 14% charges ( Non Refundable) which i paid via IMPS NO:[protected] ..ON 14/10/15 which was acknowledged..Then i receive call from Deepika saying you have to pay 1105/- refundable insurance for 3days I did that via Imps Ref no[protected], she said after this no payments to be done...then again she called me that i have to pay for City Taxes etc which i paid another 1000/- as imps ref no:[protected] ...i got acknowledge for that. Again she called me saying that final shipping charges which is refundable i did begging from friends coz my salary hadnt happened till then...so i did 1000/- via imps no: [protected] on 17/10/15 which till now i havent got acknowledgement neither now calls are answered neither no response . I kept sending reminder mails..she said i would get tracking id no to track the courier package..which i never received. they said that leaving that 1318 which is 14% i will get 3105/- in hand cash refund at the time of product arrival. ..they have bank account with Axis bank Ac no: [protected]...
