ClickNShop.org — Taking Money but not giving products ordered | |||||
I got call from CLICKNSHOP.org on 27 Sep 2015. The name of person called is Aman. He has gave information about the CLICKNSHOP, "This is new upcoming company for online shopping.We have selected 11000 mobile numbers and for those we are providing a good jackpot offers where customer will have to pay only 14% of product's MRP and this offer is valid till Monday 28 Sep 2015. After applying 14% on products MRP amount the minimum payment amount should be RS.2500/- and maximum RS.30000/-. Other than this no other payments need to be done from customer side, and the product will be delivered to customer is next 3 working days" I choose 4 products and done payment of RS.2116/- to AXIS BANK CLICKNSHOP A/C-[protected], IFSC-UTIB0000132, BRANCH NAME-PALAM DELHI. But no achonowlegement is given from CLICKNSHOP. Next day 28 sep 2015, Neha from dispatched department called me and ask me for product insurance of RS.1998/- which will be refunded on the day product delivered at residential address and no more payments will be asked from customer. I made payment for this amount also as it was refundable. No achonowledgment is given for this amount also. Instead of giving POD number i have again asked for Government tax of RS.1998/- but i declined for the payment and ask to cancel products. But now these people are not picking up the my calls or they keep mobile switched off. Below are mobile number from which i was getting calls: Anam +91 [protected], +91 [protected] - From sales department Neha, Dipika, Vikas +91 [protected] - From Dispatch department I need my money back. My mobile - [protected] My email - [protected]@gmail.com We have searched fraud cases of CLICKNSHOP, we found a person name SAHIB Kapoor, we personally called him to get information of the incident he faced. He also had payed RS.7200/- and didn't get the products. he complained in police station and freezed CLICKNSHOP's one bank account. He also suggested us to do the same. I received frequent calls from clicknshop.org.between September 25th to 30th stating that my no. was selected and i am most privileged customer and i can buy at 14% MRP so I deposited my money in Axis bank to buy Yamaha keyboard Rs. 10500 at 14% MRP. Immediately next day I received a call from DEEPIKA SHARMA saying that i will have to pay Rs 9870/- as insurance money which I will get back after I receive the product. I was getting phone after phone calls viz from DEEPIKA and VIKAS GUPTA, I deposited 9870/- then I immediately on the next day DEEPIKA said sir the company me to pay Rs 4020/- as city tax and which again it will be refunded back and i will not be asked any more money but I became very furious I argued that "no tax is refunded by the Govt" and they (VIKAS GUPTA) apologized that it was a wrong statement made by DEEPIKA then again I used to get frequent calls then again i deposited the money. Bu this is not the last now again I am told to pay the shipping charges at this I abused DEEPIKA and other man VIKAS . Now I am making calls after calls and if asked to give the lines to VIKAS and DEEPIKA the opposite person say they are busy and they cannot come over the phone. Now either they attending the calls nor they are sending the product. so I say that this is a FRAUD company cheating the innocent people I am from Mumbai - - - [protected]
